Assuming you're talking about ยบC, which is mid -20s in ยบF, we get that once every few years. (For -31ยบF, I think we've hit it once or twice that I can remember.) I think the coldest we've had this year was -12ยบF (-24ยบC) a couple nights ago. And then to go out skating in itโฆ I'm definitely impressed!
