Batle Maidens Story mode First Scene!
Added 2021-11-24 00:02:59 +0000 UTCHello Dear Patreons and followers, as you guy ay know This month I have been working in 2 things at the same time, the good ol' fanart (with Te3n T1tans, and J1nx from 4rcane videos) and Battle Maidens updates because you guys showed a lot of love for it last month and stayed even if the updates were almost all about my personal project, I'm really thankful for that!.
This time I want to share something different but cool of the Battle Maidens work so far, the first scenes of the story mode, this is how everything starts and wanted to go with a cool animatic for it to know how would it look when done with the 3D models.
Here, our main protagonist Maria is getting a really hard punishment by a "mysterious" fighter in the ring, asking herself how did everything turned like this! (A little cliché way to start a story but I wanted to start with a fight XD)
The incredible art in the animatics is thanks to the talented FREEGLASS his style really works well with the Battle Maidens, and is really talented with the narrative shots!

This is so cool!!! Yea!!! Love seeing the WIP / storyboard process like this too~ it's very informative. and yeah loving where this is going oho~ It's cool that the shading is noted here too, which totally makes sense for planning out the lighting, especially in 3D. Plus it' s just cool seeing the drawing part too~ (and starting right off with a fight is generally a good idea to hook people who were probably coming in wanting to see action, so that makes sense, sounds like a good way to start things ! )
