as far as i can understand patreon for some reason doesn't automatically bump you up to the tier you're paying for if you subscribed before the tier was introduced. as in, if you pledged 3$ or more when i hadn't added the other tiers yet, you seem to have to manually set your account to tier 2/3. you don't have to change your pledge amount or get charged again or anything it just doesn't do it on its own for some reason
no idea why it works this way but i just wanted to let people know before posting tier 2/3 stuff
