When I save that image with the extension PNG, 7zip just wants to add it to an archive and not treat it as an archive, and image viewers think that it's a JPEG file (since saving it as a PNG didn't actually change what it is). So, I'm clearly missing something here to get any kind of archive containing the 3BAv2 version of the mod from that image file.

Scroll down and you will see a picture of an anime girl with blonde hair. Left click on it. 3. Then, right click on the image and save it as a PNG 4. When the image is saved on your PC, open the image with a zip program like 7zip
