2025-02-27 22:18:04 +0000 UTCWoohooo my 2nd favourite film. Yeah "that" ending floors everyone the 1st time they watch this incredible masterpiece. It's a really disturbing ending even when you watch it loads of times which I have over the years...David fincher is a fantastic director....and I like what you said liam about the city in this movie...I sware I have always thought that the city is also a character and it's a place you would never like to live in....even they sounds of the city makes you think there's crime everywhere like in the background there's always cop car sirens or alarms going off or people arguing and shouting at each other and the place feels gritty and grimey...so well done. And one of fincher's best films he has ever done...another fincher masterpiece is THE GAME with michael Douglas and sean penn.....I can't recommend this movie enough to you both if you haven't seen it....and fincher's remake of the girl with the dragon tattoo with daniel Craig is a great remake too....he also directed and produced mindhunter on netflix about the beginning of the fbi's behavioural science unit into serial killers....an absolutely brilliant show with fantastic performances.
