This is the minimum Performance Points (PP) for this race car, which covers three categories: 700, 800PP, and 900PP. It's not a top-tier car in its class, but it still achieves a lap time of 2:17 at Spa with exceptional grip and drivability. Low fuel consumption is an advantage, but it cannot compete in the Le Mans event due to its use of Sport Soft tires (only Racing tires are allowed). For specific 700PP race, only Racing Intermediate tires are required. You can start on Intermediate tires, and if rain begins on lap 3, you can continue driving until lap 5 without stopping.

I used your tune but added Racing Hard's on the Le Mans track and it's so good. Output: 74 Ballast: 190 Position: -50 Restrictor: 81 making it a 699.97 PP. Obligato Amigo for your help
