Porsche 911 GT3 (996) '01 - RR - 700PP - Racing Hard Tires - All Track - 1.58

4 STARS CAR SETUP ****

Wide Car.

Rims 17" - rims width wide - Offset wide

Front A - Side A - Rear St - Wing B

I removed the rear Part A diffuser from this car because, after the latest update, it needed more power and speed to keep pace with other fast and grippy 700PP road cars. Despite this change, the car still maintains good grip and now features a new weight balance of 38/62. It behaves like a true classic Porsche , lively at the rear, with a sharp and precise front end, exactly as a 100% Porsche should feel.

Its performance is solid, though not at the top of the class. However, the handling is superb , stable, safe, and highly enjoyable to drive. It's a perfect match for the Nordschleife or any technical track.

I also tested it at Le Mans, and the fuel consumption is manageable when using Fuel Mode 6. For that track, you could reduce some front downforce and add a bit more power , yet even as-is, it drives very well.

Enjoy your drive. ><((((((((°>°°°°°°°

Love love this drive

Hurry

The original engine uses the exact same setup. You’ll just need to adjust the ECU and/or power limiter to match the 700PP target. The swap engine offers better fuel consumption, thanks to the usual GT7 "magic" that comes with racing car engines.

Nice tune! I wonder if 997 with the stock engine also performs well at 700PP, could you have a look? thanks.

I can’t figure out why I can’t get this bellow 724pp. I think I have everything the same

Adam Fisher

I didn’t encounter any issues setting the gearbox. Just set the auto top speed to 300 km/h (186 mph), then adjust the individual gear ratios. As for the suspension and power settings, I’ll need to check the car again to see if it needs an update.

Laurent Bouis

Is this then still working for anyone? I can’t tune 1st down lower than 3.060 and sitting at 702.80PP

Is this the only tune you have for this car? I’m trying to use it for the 650pp Porsche cup, so not necessarily dedicated to the Nordshleife.

McTecnica

🤔Sorry i don't undertand. That's true , any wrong info in my post ?

Laurent Bouis

The car's name is the 911. The model year is 2001. You posted this on the 11th day of the 9th month... naughty naughty 😂
