Perfect Drive – Original Engine with Impressive Performance

This car delivers a perfect drive, combining good top speed with amazing handling. It’s incredibly precise, allowing you to confidently fly through bends lap after lap. Over 12 laps, it’s pure fun, consistently lapping 2:07 for 6 laps with just one stop for fuel.

Its performance is particularly impressive, given that it uses the original engine without any PP bug assistance. This alone makes it deserving of a 5-star rating.

I also believe this car will be fantastic on Nordschleife, especially when equipped with medium tires.

Enjoy your drive. ><(((((((°>°°°°°

What a beauty! It turns into the bends so nicely and is rapid on the straights. Totally predictable handling. A well deserved 5*, thanks Praiano!

Michael Roper

This car has decent top speed (reaching 304 km/h at the end of the straight), but it’s not as quick as the fastest cars on this track. Its greatest strength lies in its grip and agility, excelling in technical sectors with plenty of corners. Being fast on the straights is easy, but mastering the twisty sections requires practice, learning the ideal lines and braking points to fully unlock its potential. Have a good drive.

Laurent Bouis

Don't know why, never worked for me,did half a race, still I was at least 40 seconds behind from the first car

Johnny

Yes. You can use the same settings , just set to the right PP .

Laurent Bouis

This tune should work just the same for the Safety Car variant, right?

Alistair Chapman

It’s an easy fix — the car gains a bit of extra power, and you can balance it by adding half power and half front grip. Now it's consistently lapping 2:06 / 2:07 — an excellent car with a perfect driving feel. I’ll publish it tomorrow morning.

Laurent Bouis

I didn't test it yet. I'll soon.

Laurent Bouis

How about this one sir? Or is the 1.54 setup still working pretty good?

Skala

This setup is perfect…I don’t even use the car anymore because it’s so easy on Tokyo!

Famllee

I tried this car again in the 600pp WTC 3 race series and also on Grand Valley. The car is amazing , fast and smooth and easy to handle. I even enjoy the engine whine :)

hekler_55

Noooo idea how people are winning with this….I finished 8th. 49 seconds behind, FM1. I’ve ran and won Tokyo thousands of times so it’s not new to me.

Charlotte

The car is very powerful for a 600pp tune. You are taking the corners faster than you think after the fast straights you have. Just break earlier and harder and make up the time on corner exit and straights.

Jokūbas

Yes, have to reach level 50, am at 42 now.

Jaseel Mohammed

Same for me also.

Jaseel Mohammed

If i remember well only level 50 unlock ultimate parts .🤔

Laurent Bouis

I haven't reached level 50, and engine swaps and ultimate parts are not available yet. Is there any way ?

Jaseel Mohammed

I wonder what I’m doing wrong. I got it setup this way and it’s an absolute boat to drive through the curves. It’s got some spunk on the straights but I’m losing all that time on the bends? I was going better with the RSR :(

Saurabh Mathur

Ok great! So I think I have the controller sensitivity set to 10 I'll check thanks!!

Ken Mueller

I drive with a wheel since a long time. I rarelly use controller but i didn't see any difference between wheel and controller , physiscs are the same for both, using the rightsensitivity to fit the one you prefer. I use 10 myself.

Laurent Bouis

“Simply lovely” - said some fella named Max 😂

Eddie Maldonado

Heya Praiano! Question on the tunes in general. I play on controller sticks/L2/R2 just upgraded to the Pro. Are these tunes optimized for controller or a wheel or? Are there adjustments you would make for controller if they are wheel? Just wondering thanks!

Ken Mueller

Just used this same tune on fuel map 5 for Tokyo, no pit. A little trickier getting through early traffic, but 15 second win over Kokubun. First, attempt on fuel map 1, pit lap 7. 32 second win. Excellent tune either way.

Adam Salerno

Sweet! I dont know how i missed that you had already posted it! Its 2Am right now but i will test it first thing in the morning!

Yuki

TURURURU MAX VERSTAPPEN!

Yuki

Great car and excellent tune!!!

Jonathan Davis

Works really well, thank you! Tried it on the safety car, which works fine as well.

Nick

Maestro, I was planing on driving the 180SX today and you post this! I’m not mad though. Thanks!

Rudy Sanchez

Who’s Max??

David

Yes , i've tested it with medium tires , same settings , just set ECU at 70 and restrictor 80. Just need a shorter gearbox . It still work at 700PP using racing Hard tires.

Laurent Bouis

Sorry to ask the same question again :) but is this setup ok for all track, love driving this machine on other tracks

Nick

I am not naturally fond of this car, however this tune makes it smooth and easy to drive. How does Max say it? "Lovely". Thanks for a great tune.
