Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo '91 - 4WD - 700PP - Racing Hard Tires - All Track - SWAP - 1.56

5 STARS CAR SETUP *****

ENGINE SWAP: Demon-Challenger (Dodge Demon Challenger)

- Size "18 - Rims width wide - Offset wide

-Front A - Side A - Rear A - Wing Custom

I first made a 1.55 setup, but here’s a new version with the same grip but more top speed. Now, the car deserves the 5-star label, as it needed that extra speed—it’s now lapping under 6:30 on Nordschleife.

An excellent carvery agile and grippy, making it easy to position in any situation. It has superior acceleration with no understeer on corner exits, making it a true top performer.

Enjoy your drive. ><((((((°>°°°°

Ok , i'll set it for wide body tomorrow

Laurent Bouis

Maestro, any chance you can make a version of this with the wide body as so many people have applied it already and it’s not currently available to purchase again?

Shockthealien

Yes, it’s a normal body, NOT wide body and it’ll come at 699.80 with 17” wheels

Alexander

Sorry , i have 4 Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo '91. This is the only without wide body. Thanks for this , corrected.

Laurent Bouis

This was really screwed up! NO wide body, 18” wheels with offset wide matches exactly.

jimbo 8351

Hard to tell from the livery, but is it not a wide body? Changing wheels to stock drops PP to 699.83 but any aftermarket even at standard width/offset jumps it up to 706 range. Maybe a bug? Can't test without widebody as it isn't available in shop now.

Matthew Erickson

Then why are so many people having the same problem? I used the same car that has the 1.55 tune.

jimbo 8351

Nothing wrong—I double-checked just now. The only difference is that the rims are 16" instead of 17", but that barely changes anything (only 0.05PP). I really don’t know what could be happening.

Laurent Bouis

Same here; maybe it's a no wide body ?

Pat Clash

Same

Minoru

I think you need to buy a new one and swap it for that to be able to see it, otherwise you're stuck with the swap you already made I think

SpeedyGonzalez

Same issue

Chris

I’m having the same problem, I’ve got the exact setup pictured, including the specified aero parts and wheel size etc… , but coming out 706.54

Imran Mohammed

Same thing here. Screenshot(s) must be wrong?

jimbo 8351

The same issue. PP comes to 706.54.

F.FUTZ

PP for me is coming out to 706.54. Anyone else having that issue? Base performance numbers match up but acceleration, stability, G's are all a bit different. Not seeing what is different with my installed parts/settings compared to posted tune.

Matthew Erickson

Probably multiple swaps. When you go in to GT Auto some cars give you a choice of engines to swap.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I feel like I'm missing something, my gto tt has the escudo engine in it, did they change the swap for it?

Mr.M

Using the power restrictors

Mr.M

What is stock sc ?

bonne

I’m being thick maybe. Praiano’s tune uses stock sc. How you add power ups to that and not bust 700?

David

Nope.

Mr.M

So it was over 700pp?

David

So I tried your light-weight version with the stock SC and all other bolt-ons. It winds up getting 626hp. It handles better and gets 25% better mileage. It’ll hit 200 mph at LeMans. Plenty fast enough.

Mr.M

Excellent. Thanks. I tried a little different set-up. I didn’t use any weight reduction or power adders. I got 797hp with ballast of 98, power restrictor at 95. I used RM tires. No need to bump the power higher using RH tires. If you use RH, you can use the bolt-on power adders to get 859hp setting the PR to 98. That’ll get you 215mph at LeMans. Just adjust the gearbox. Your set-up is 1000 lbs lighter, offsetting the extra power .

Mr.M

No understeer but perhaps slightly oversteery? Gotta be careful not to throw the back out when cornering as she goes into a bit of sideways action and its not a nice smooth drift, I find...

CustomX

Yes.

Laurent Bouis

Just about to tune this car, perfect timing.

Sayed

Same setup for original engine? Thanks.
