You're right. I mostly focus on lobby-racing-oriented setups. If a car is tricky to handle, it becomes difficult and unsafe to race in a pack. But when it’s responsive, easy to control, and still safe, it turns into one of the best and most enjoyable cars to drive.

Laurent Bouis

A lively car, it rotates well. Some cars almost feel too safe. This car, you have to respect. Very enjoyable.

Ian Clark

Love this car took some time get use to the rear end stepping out under harsh and late braking but once mastered and a little tweak on the differential it’s a pleasure to drive plus it’s a cosworth 👍🏿 holds its own with other 700pp cars

Wayne Wright

Up to you . Rim width size didn't change anything on this car. Zero PP change.

Laurent Bouis

I noticed that you only mention the wheel size and offset, but don't mention the width. Should these be wide or standard width? Thanks!

Jimmy

Great tune! Destroyed the competition at Lemans. I stretched the gears out a bit and its blazing fast down the back straights. I can't wait to try this on some other tracks. Thanks for what you do!!

David

I didn’t experience this behavior with this car. Maybe you’re braking too late? Anyway, if you want to reduce rear-end sliding, try increasing the rear deceleration LSD until it feels right. If that’s not enough, you can also lower the rear ride height to 100, but keep in mind that doing so will reduce rotation and eagerness in corners. Like I said, the best solution is to focus on the right braking point and proper wheel angle when entering a turn.

Laurent Bouis

Any tips to improve unstable behavior under every braking? I'm playing on controller, so I don't have so much room for some breaking sensitivity...I tried to set balance to -5, increase rear braking sensitivity, but I'm still far away with some confidence when I'm braking 🥲 thanks for response... I've got 2 another these cars (600 and 700pp both with original engine) and I dont have this problem with them.

Skala

Under acceleration ?

Laurent Bouis

I used the manual trans and got a little more hp out of it but I find it slides out in corners. Any suggestions?

Dustin Heronemus

Yes, it’s up to you. Personally, I prefer adding a bit of power or downforce instead. The car is already very good and stable in its current setup. I did consider body rigidity, thinking it might tighten up the handling a bit, but it doesn’t really feel necessary.

Laurent Bouis

No increase in body rigidity?

Jason LFC

Ok I built it w standard wing. Can only go to 100 downforce so I added more rear ballast to compensate. Would that mess things up?

Shockthealien

The behavior and performance are similar, but at a different level. Racing tires completely change the driving feel, offering a very different experience and requiring a different driving approach.

Laurent Bouis

I think yes. The car is still very stable and would support the St wing. Perhaps with a small lost of PP but it'll be ok.

Laurent Bouis

Is this better than your original non swap 600pp tune? Both are 5 stars so must be close!

Dave C

Any chance of using the iconic standard wing on this one?

Shockthealien

I knew this would be fantastic, so much so I swapped the engine when it came available in anticipation of your miz en place…amazing drive, thank you!
