Both the swap and original engine versions were significantly nerfed in the 1.55 update. The swap at 800PP on Daytona is still a fast car, but it’s now 1.5 seconds slower per lap. Previously, its phenomenal top speed and acceleration made it a superior car at this level, but now it’s just a good car.
I won’t be creating a 700PP setup for the original engine because, while it’s still enjoyable to drive, it’s much slower than before. I don’t understand why they made these changes to such a wonderful and iconic car.

2025-02-13 01:59:46 +0000 UTCI’ve spent hours today trying to set up this car, experimenting with a lot of options—weight, diffuser, tires, ballast, and more. I managed to achieve a well-balanced car, but it’s still under the PP level I tested with. They kill totally the performance. But ok. I can publish something .

2025-01-10 21:07:00 +0000 UTCThis was a great identical pp tune until I customized the styling from GT auto and now I have lost some pp , it’s at 788.88 and I can’t work out why. I checked the custom body parts to see it had changed, it’s all identical, as is the hp, weight , tyres etc. This seems to keep happening and not sure why , it’s after you change to a custom design 🤷♂️ 🤷♂️ Anyone else have an issue?

2024-12-21 10:50:16 +0000 UTCYes , for 700PP , take out turbo , Restrictor and ECU , use Racing Hard tires . If you have another car better no using all the engine tuning or use the original engine to get more power.
