Jaguar XJ220 '92 - MR - 600PP - Sport Hard Tires - Tokyo - SWAP - 1.55

5 STARS CAR SETUP *****
Engine model: V12-XJR-9
Rims "17 & "18 - Rim width Wide - Offset Wide
Front part Standard - Side A - Wing B

Excellent Car for the Tokyo Rain Event:
This car performs exceptionally well in the Tokyo rain event, requiring no pit stops and maintaining a consistent 2:06 - 2:07 lap time. I kept a neutral balance to preserve good top speed while ensuring strong front grip for cornering.

It’s an easy and fast drive, with very low fuel consumption. This is a new 5-star road car, and it absolutely deserves that rating.

Let me know if you’d like further refinements!

Enjoy your drive. ><(((((((°>°°°°°

Carro fantástico 🤩

Sergio Erdmann

wow! another horrible tokyo tune!

Julian Styczeń

If you apply the same parts and numbers, it should match 100%. The only way to get 600.09PP is if you set the rear downforce to 339 instead of 340.

Laurent Bouis

Hi! Why am i getting 600.09 while everything else is the same? All the stats on the left are the same too (base performance, acceleration performance, etc.). Can you confirm this tune still gives 600.00 for you?

Zhehao He

All good :)

Scott Van Wart

Désolé. Erreur de ma part.

Laurent Bouis

Done. My mistake sorry.

Laurent Bouis

oui mettez nous le bon réglage mister

Armend Zahiti

Your a STAR, had no idea, been at 50 for some time, Praiano's tune for Tokyo wet with the jag and swap sounds like a dream but lacked the engine....... Thanks

Trevor Estabrook

Can we see the screenshots for 1.55? The post is showing 1.52 screenshots.

Scott Van Wart

The settings are totally different between the two. Most importantly, the ballast changed from 191 kg to 103 kg, along with adjustments to suspension numbers and rear downforce. There isn’t a big physics difference between 1.55 and the earlier 1.49/1.54 updates. Sometimes, the numbers stay very close or even similar for a given car if I’m happy with it after testing. Other times, I’ll try a completely different approach—there are no strict rules in this area, at least not for me. When I like a car, and it’s fast and enjoyable to drive, that’s the version I’ll publish, so others can feel the same pleasure behind the wheel.

Laurent Bouis

Yeah, settlings don’t match from 1.52

JCHammer

Have now adjusted ECU and power to hit 600pp with the 1.52 settings otherwise unchanged. Still a great drive, a bit slower than before but not much.

Michael Roper

You can purchase engine swaps for your car through GT Auto -> Car Maintenance & Service once you reach Collector Level 50.

Scott Van Wart

I'm puzzled @praiano63. This tune looks identical to 1.52 and is coming out at 606pp. Have I missed something? Thanks as always.

Michael Roper

Hello Maestro the screenshot are from the Nov 20 (update 1-52) ..... Doesn't match with 1-55 update

Pat Clash

New to ur tuning site, used to use b4 this site started, when you say "swap" I'm assuming you mean the engine, don't have many can u only get them from tckts and are the tunes suitable for the car without an engine swap?.

Trevor Estabrook

Predictable and fast, great handling, no pit stop is an extra boon. More fun to drive than the Suzuki and Honda Frankenswaps but equally assured for victory. Thank you.

Michael Roper

Thank you for continuing to tune cars for Tokyo. It makes the credit grind more interesting when we have different cars to do it with!

Rudy Sanchez

Total domination on Tokyo!! These builds are exceptional!! You deserve a raise lol

Jonathan Davis

Thanks for the acknowledgement but honestly it's your tune. You are a legend. Thank you for all your hard work and excellent tunes.
