Ferrari F12 Berlinetta '12 - FR - 800PP - Racing Soft Tires - All Tracks - 1.55

5 STARS CAR SETUP *****

Wide Body

Rims "20 - Rim width Wide - Offset Wide

Front A - Side A - Rear Wing: Custom

This is an amazing car—one of the best in the game. I created a different setup for update 1.55, mainly using a new ballast option with more weight at the rear and increased front downforce.

There was still plenty of room to add grip to this car, even though I had to reduce the power slightly. The top speed remains excellent, and it’s suitable for any kind of track—from grip-heavy technical circuits to Daytona Road, where this car is one of the top performers among 800PP road cars. It’s lapping 1:52 with , same pace as the Toyota Supra RZ '97 - FR - 800PP - Racing Soft Tires - Daytona Road - SWAP - 1.54

Have a good drive. ><((((((°>°°°°°°°

Just drove this car again and I agree with your assessment, that this is a great car and one of the best ones in the game. Thank you,:)

You need to test on the track you intend to drive. At Spa, going down Eau Rouge, or through the Fox hole at the Nordschleife, you may encounter issues in high-compression zones. The car can bottom out sometimes, which can disrupt the driving line. Apart from this, there’s no issue with lowering the suspension.

Laurent Bouis

Hello, is it okay to run the suspension a little lower?

Steve

Yes, it has a lot of torque and power high in the RPM range. You can manage it by using traction control or by short-shifting at mid-RPM, before the full power kicks in. Even when driven this way, the car remains very performant thanks to its broad and well-distributed torque.

Laurent Bouis

I like this car, but I need to run it with TCS at 2 or 3 so I don't spin out. It's probably just my driving skills

Sorry , I couldn't access your link. What your user name in GT ?

Laurent Bouis

this car is awesome, so much fun to drive. thanks again Praiano for this tune. I made a nice livery for this car, kind of tribute/promo to you. http://www.gran-turismo.com/nl/gt7/user/mymenu/9844a957-01ab-4941-b8d1-a8e5e8a0d732/activity/1/Bi1hyCx5zw:19422295865203553

StarLord_P

YES! Got round to have a proper test and OMG, put it at the top of my personal 800pp rankings and improved the time by 1.2 seconds. Amazing work Maestro. Hats off

Shockthealien

love this car, absolute beast at this PP, thanks for another great setup

Nick

Sorted, I was missing the wide body, now I can put rim width wide. Sorry😐

Pop Teodor

I tried , picked a wheel set I do not own, shows 2500 credits price and I can only select rim width standard. For offset I can select wide. Tried all 3 sizes, 21, 20, 19, different brands… Could it be related to the livery ??

Pop Teodor

Yes, some old 5-star cars and new ones too. The 1.55 update has made a few cars more stable and enjoyable to drive. It’s only a handful, but it’s enough to raise the bar.

Laurent Bouis

You have to buy another new wheel to have the option. Stock wheel have a single rims diameter and offset option.

Laurent Bouis

Can anyone help me out a little. The setup says rims width wide and offset wide but I do not have the option for rim width wide, only standard. Anyone knows what is going on? Gives me PP 800.08 and this is the only difference I can find.

Pop Teodor

You've been crushing this 1.55 update!

Eric K

Thank you! Can’t wait to try it

Shockthealien

How come so many cars are 5 stars after 1.55? Or do you mainly focus on posting the 5 stars right now, and more 4 and 3 stars will come later?

Chris

I have a 1.50 setup already . Here https://www.patreon.com/posts/ferrari-f12-12-1-109753741?utm_medium=clipboard_copy&utm_source=copyLink&utm_campaign=postshare_creator&utm_content=join_link

Laurent Bouis

And sorry for another question! How can you do 700pp? Only by ECU?

Nikita Antipov

Without it every gear speed is not the same as yours. It is critical?

Nikita Antipov

If you can reach the 800PP without , using the last 5 points ECU , you don't need " titanium rods and pistons". I can't test it because my car have it installed.

Laurent Bouis

Is titanium rods and pistons must have?

Nikita Antipov

Awesome! Good recommendation thanks

Nicko

I'm only a few months ahead of you but I found Harmonic on YT and he has a great series on tuning. Apply that to what you're learning here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKAWJskvFi0&t=47s

Eddie Maldonado

Nvm I take that back, with some proper fuel management it can do a two stopper on RS tires and win with ease in roughly 26 minutes. And it is so pleasant to drive!

GameZzZ

Wonderful drive, too bad it seems too thirsty on fuel for Sardegna

GameZzZ

Great ride, just throttle/ease off gas thru corners and it’s a jet

Charlotte

Hey, thanks for all you do. I'm pretty new to tuning and have only been a subscriber for a week or two. Could you direct me to somewhere that could teach me to tune the gearbox for each track? I'm trying to use this tune at le mans but I'm bouncing off the top gear rev limiter down every straight. Ideally, I'd like to find a resource that can help me figure this stuff out for myself. Thanks!

Nicko
