A little pedantic, but to me there isn't a Cell arc, there is just an Artificial Humans arc. Cell is an Artificial Human and is the culmination of that story and the most powerful creation of Gero. Perhaps he isn't a "human", so maybe it'd be more accurate to call it an "Artificial Lifeforms" arc.
