RatioShifter is a frequency shifter that allows you to mix different shifting ratios out of a base frequency. It contains also a simple downsample and bitrate control as well as a damping LPF to remove harshness.
Great on drones and weird ambients according to a reverb, feel free to experiment with and give me some suggestions for more features !
