You will be okay is an amazing song, an not just musically. In context of the show, Stolas isn't just stating this as a metaphorical. He has the gift of prophecy. In the future, when the world is ending, and on the die he might die, he is assuring his daughter that he will watch over her, and she will be survive even that, because he has foreseen it.
