Last BTS Video (for now)

But on another note, we wanted to thank you guys so much for all of your support and comments and likes etc. You guys have been awesome and we hope you keep enjoying our videos! However, we're going through another huge transition in our career now, and we don't feel like we've been able to give you guys as much value as we want our Patreon to be worth.

We’ve been trying to keep up and give you guys regularly scheduled content, but have found that with our recent expansion to long videos, we’re not as proud of our output here. We still do basically everything ourselves, so our schedules stay pretty packed. We’re doing our best to prioritize our time and take care of our mental health, which we hope you do as well!

So, with that in mind, we're refunding everyone the next 3 months! This means that for the time being, there will be no more new or exclusive content here.

Here's our plan:

1 - Unless you message me and specifically request otherwise, I'm going to refund everyone who is currently a subscriber for each of the next 3 months, and whoever decides to stay is welcome to do so of their own accord (and hopefully by then we'll have a better way to get you guys more content).

Almost everyone I've talked with said that they mainly are subbed just to support, but the BTS videos are a nice bonus. Please reach out if you're unhappy about the way this has been handled, we don't want anyone to feel bamboozled. We're happy to offer refunds to anyone who is currently subbed, even after the 3 months. Just reach out and we will make sure it's taken care of by the time we come back :)

2 - Over the next few months we're going to be going through some behind-the-scenes changes, including talking to editors, agencies, etc. For you, all this means is more content starting a few months into next year!

3 - Once we are settled with everything, we will revisit exclusive content and maintaining this platform, maybe with some outside help.

We take your support super seriously and really want to do the best thing for our audience and the content! So again, anything you need just reach out.

TL;DR:

We can’t upload here as much as we want, so:

• We're going to refund our $5 patrons (who signed up for content) so they have time to cancel their membership if they wish

• We will be focusing on increasing our long videos’ output!
