Jimmy "The Greek" was a well known sports handicapper and panelist on various football pregame shows back in the 70s and early 80s. He would give his picks so people could place bets. Roger Moore played 007 after Sean Connery. So the joke here is that he's someone who is delusional and thinks he is Roger Moore and that he's an actual spy. The woman with Burt Reynolds was Farrah Fawcett. She was 1 of the original Charlie's Angels. The dark haired woman racer in the skintight suit was Adrienne Barbeau you saw her in Creepshow and Escape From New York
