2024-01-30 16:33:02 +0000 UTCThis is a pretty sad story. A couple things, the 160 kills are "confirmed kills." Those are all the verified kills by the US military. Meaning, they found the body. Chris Kyle has claimed the actual number is north of 300. His murder was no accident. The man that he and another friend took out to the shooting range, who they were trying to help, was schizophrenic and was thought to have PTSD from his time in the military. Chris and the other man murdered were texting back and forth on the way to the range. Chris texted "This dude is straight-up nuts."
