2023-12-20 02:03:02 +0000 UTCIn days long past, yes there were multiple ways to make your own phone number ring. The tracing thing is kinda hard to explain. The short, not exactly precise process: Basically when a call came in, someone would have to go around and manually see which switches the call were activating. They would find out what switch was being, well, switched and it's location, which they noted. They did this process for each digit, running around the room, constantly trying to see which switch is being switched, which gave the next digit. Etc. Etc. God bless modern technology.

And a bit about Billy , but not much. It is a rare book , but I believe there is a pdf online if you do a search. (I collect novelizations . lol ) Oh , and I would LOVE to find a copy of the old lady poster in Clair's room. I remember seeing it in Spencer's Gifts when I was young.

As I mentioned in a previous post , I have watched this one every Christmas Eve for over 30 years.(I am 54 btw. lol) So I am gonna wait to watch this reaction on Christmas Eve this year. But I wanted to say thanks , now to Blank , and J for this gift. One of my all time fave horror films , and a rare gem on all fronts.

You missed Billy's shadow behind Jess and Peter they were arguing in the house. And *ZERO* shade on not "figuring" out who the killer is. Billy isn't anyone. Billy is the unspeakable void who comes from nowhere and will burn the world without reason. And Billy is *very much* the inspiration for Michael Myers. Director Bob Clark told Carpenter in 1975 that the sequel he didn't want to make would be called Black Halloween, and...well...

Pat Morita), who is racist to cats and matrix dodges a kitchen sink to kick Jon Voight's balls. And MUCH more! (That wasn't a Mad Lib. Its an actual movie. Directed by Bob Clark.)
