I had to stop ordering them for myself because once the box arrives at my house, it's either unopened or it's empty. There is no in-between. (NOM NOM NOM) Sticking out your tongue at Drogo might be one of my top favorite reactions of yours now. I can't WAIT to watch your reaction to this movie! ๐

This movie is such a good example of payoff, with nearly everything said or shown coming back later in some way. It definitely benefits from multiple watches so you can see just how many little inconsequential things end up moving the plot later. Even something as simple as a baseball, or a passing comment. That's part of why it is such a satisfying watch I think. Rian Johnson has some greats, when the studio leaves him alone and lets him do his own thing, but 'Brick' is another favorite of mine that he did.

That song you were dancing to during the end credits was Sweet Virginia by The Rolling Stones (if you want to know for your playlist, LOL). I love that you love "whodunits" and mystery films, so do I. One I would highly recommend is The Game (1997), I think you would enjoy it. :)

2023-12-05 07:33:17 +0000 UTCI went to see this four times in theaters and after each viewing the whole crowd was buzzing in the lobby about what a great film they'd just seen. Rian Johnson is a fantastic writer/director. So glad you dug the movie, J; magnificent reaction as always. Excited for your reactions to Glass Onion and this director's previous film (The Last Jedi).
