So to answer your question about Anakin and balance, "Yes" technically he does bring Balance, by killing the Emporer as the Dark side was so dominant in the Galaxy during the time of the Empire. His road to that realization was a long and deadly one, but he is the chosen one in terms of ending the domination of the Empire over the galaxy, restoring balance of light and dark.

One of his soldiers would pretend to be his son, because he was a nasty piece of work, Saddam worried for his life. It’s a good film, and interesting to know. Padmé having one during those tense political times? Makes sense. I love it when people don’t know, then realise, Samuel MF L. Jackson is a Jedi in this 😂

Sith "Rule Of Two": This one is both complex and straight-forward at the same time. Centuries earlier, there was a powerful Sith who made a rule of there only being a single Sith Master and his singular apprentice. The only way to become the master was for the apprentice to kill their master. This was done to keep the Sith line more and more powerful each generation, since every new master only got there by defeating the old master. Additionally, since the Sith are so bloodthirsty and whatever other adjectives you want to give them, the Rule Of Two cuts down (pardon the pun) on the number of direct threats to a master. Leads to a massive consolidation of Sith power. Also, easier to keep the return of the Sith a secret when there are less people involved in it. Also, be aware it isn't always exactly followed or properly explained when/how it's followed. So don't be surprised about plot holes around the topic.

That is why the light side is harder to learn, the Dark side is quicker easier, and more seductive as Yoda said. Using anger is a source of quick power and hate is even stronger but it also burns you out. And yes Anikin does bring balance to the force when he kills the Emporer in return of the Jedi. {There is something on that I am not going to talk about as to 1 reason a lot of fans don't like the Disney trilogy] NO that was not where Lando was, Lando was on bespin it is a gas Giant plant with a floating city that mines gas. This planet was the capitol city of the galaxy the entire planet is covered by 1 big city.
