I preach the gospel of this movie every chance I get. With so many amazing Denzel movies, some are bound to slip through the cracks. That's at least my theory as to why not too many people know about this movie. It's one of my favorites!

2023-08-02 14:03:21 +0000 UTCI truly forgot how creepy and scary this movie was. My heart and stomach were in my mouth when everyone in the police station started singing one after another. And you are not dumb. So much went on that you and me too forgot what was said in the first minute of the movie. I think people don't talk about this b/c when there's not a happy ending or heroic ending..people get a little sad and disappointed. But I agree, it's a brilliant film. Remind me of Angel Heart.

You really don't get it until you're two thirds through it. Great reaction J!! You got another Denzel classic coming this month from me. "Man on Fire". I know you like one man armies, so you ain't seen nothing yet! As far as conspiracy theories. They are just that, theories. A theory is an opinion, not a fact.

I have watched and love you channel for a while , But this is such an under-rated fave of mine. Saw it in '98 and own it on various media. Also have the novelization and poster.
