I first watched this movie on a whim. Running out of things to see on Netflix, I usually love clay-mation so when I saw this I was ready for some silly laughs... at the end of the movie I was laying on the floor, in the fetal position, sobbing uncontrollably and was inconsolable for days. I've watched this movie countless times and I tear up at the ending every time. Thank you for reacting to this film. I wish more people watched it cause it's a work of art. Such a simple story but so powerful.
