Sorry for the delay on this one, I've now discovered a new thing I have to be keenly aware of, which affects the efficacy of my meds and my overall ability to work. Seasonal Allergies and Pollen! So, now I'm better prepared and aware of this, so it shouldn't affect me as much as before. I'm still narrowing down food sensitivities, but that's kinda semi-worked out at the moment to the point that I can effectively work, but Pollen really kicked my butt mentally the past week and Monday. But today I was good to go, once the effects wore off (and I remained inside. xD)
