Reward Poll for $500 a month GOAL reached! (Updated with Caption Links)

I know I just made a post on this the other day, when the 'actual' income of the month hit $500+, but now the 'active subs' amount is CLEARLY $500+! All thanks to all of you!
So, here's our poll to determine what you all want. The reward will be available to ALL PATRONS regardless of Tier.
You might be wondering "Why not offer MORE than what we got for the $250 tier?" The answer is: 'Not to overwhelm myself.' I don't want to exceed my capabilities. I'm already keeping a good pace with Captions, Short Stories and Development on the new game. I know that I was capable of insane productivity those first 3 weeks of being on my new meds, but they've mellowed out and I'm just a normal functioning human being now (which is above where I was prior to the meds. XD) So while I can definitely get 'what I need to' done, I don't wanna overdo it, but I also wanna give you guys a lil extra!
So pick either 5 exclusive captions, or 1 short story, and then select which themes you want it to include.
Obviously, the primary theme will be Genderswap, so pick things in addition to that.
The poll will run for 1 week, so that everyone has a chance to see it. (Ends April 24th.)
