Getting back to it!
Added 2021-12-30 03:09:14 +0000 UTCOk, the holidays are over. I'm back home, and I WOULD have posted a day or two ago, but SOMEBODY got SICK the night they returned home. But don't worry, I'm already all better (I'm 99% sure it wasn't covid or anything like that, cause the symptoms don't match) but it knocked me down for a day or two there, but now I'm back in it.
I want to thank everyone who has been sticking with me through my slowness and lack of content posting due to me not being home, and holiday madness. I really do appreciate all the support, like, tremendously. And for everyone else I've lost along the way, I will endeavor to earn you back!
My current plan for my daily work cycle is:
Day A) Write an Exclusive
Day B) Work on the game
Day C) Write a Freebie
Day D) Work on the game
And then repeat.
(There's always a possibility I do more than this on any given day.)
(And just so it's understood, I don't really 'do' weekends. So every day of the week is essentially the same as any other. Whether it's a weekend or not, doesn't really play into what I do/don't do.)
I'm hoping that this will help prevent burnout, because sometimes 'Working all day on the game, and then trying to ponder a caption,' is just too much for my poor brain. I want to make leaps and strides on the game, while still putting out the captions you love.
Obviously I might still stumble along the way and miss days as I sometimes do, but I'll do my best to limit that as much as possible. I'm really happy with what I'm doing with the game so far, and I think it can be a really strong tool for fun new content and new growth on the patreon.
