Reality Swap - Demo Download

Reality Swap is an Adult-Rated Point-and-click Visual Novel Game about finding lost Heirlooms, Body Swapping into a myriad of different characters and Exploring the world around you.
This is a sample (maybe 15-20 minutes?) of a new game I'm working on, called Reality Swap. I've only started working on 'this' game, about a week ago. So it's obviously very early. I wanted to get 'just enough' of it done, so it could display what my vision for this game is. There is...a LOT more planned for this game and I'm actually incredibly confident about this idea being something I can continually work on (and enjoy doing so) with the writing, and the development side of it. With this game, I'm easily able to whittle away new content in meaningful bite-sized updates that will probably occur once a week/biweekly, depending on how things go.
For this download, I'm making it currently available to all Patrons of all tiers. (But this will change in the future at some point, where I make new updates early-access to certain tiers. I've gotta look at my notes to figure out what I decided for that.)
(I'll open up 'this' download in about 1-2 weeks to the public. Depending on bugs and further progress made.)
Now, a few things to note:
1) This game 100% falls within the lines of what Patreons terms dictate.
2) There are things I will not do/add to the game, to ensure that I remain on the safe side of Patreon's terms.
3) "But Felicia, this other game has a patreon and they do 'insert thing that would be really lovely to include, but is against Patreons TOS'" There are some patreons out there that are 100% at risk of getting suspended if Patreon realizes what they're doing. I'd rather be safe than lose this Patreon.
4) There are various 'touch-ups' I can make to the current demo, and I've done some of them already. The foundation for what the game 'is' is mostly there, and there's room to grow in 'some' features, but this is a solid idea of the game, and that the (massive) amount of content I have planned, will grow the game over time.
5) For me, this game has a lot of the proper elements for 'what a game I would want to work on, can be.' As well as a game that falls within Patreon's guidelines for what they allow. This is a REALLY difficult thing to balance and It's been hard finding the right mix, but I think I've finally settled on it.

This game also would easily allow for me to run more polls for everyone's input, so I know what you all might want to see more of.

Unzip the file (It's .zip, so I recommend Winzip or Winrar or 7zip to unpack it.)
Open the folder that gets created.
There should be a file called 'Game.' Run that!

2021-12-13 16:52:07 +0000 UTCMy intention is to not 'overcomplicate' things, but I do like the element of 'Ok, I'm this new person...now I have access to get this thing, which I can use somewhere else.' I want to incorporate little bits of 'oh, here's a cute side-scene,' that you'll be rewarded with if you're exploring around, but I don't want the primary narratives to be 'hard to get.' Some choices will still yield certain benefits. But I'd rather not block people off, and you can always go back and make a different choice, and the option to skip-through the dialogue you don't want, is quite easy given the content size. But your last comment is something I need to keep better in mind. That regardless of what you choose, this still pushes you forward. (Like the stepdad and the ticket). Obtaining an item after messing with the guy at the Academy required that you do something with him to get it. So, while you might find some bonus scene(s) in that location, it's not the only way to progress forward. (I figured I'd add another key somewhere to obtain.) So, some 'key items' can be obtained in multiple locations. Is the intent.
2021-12-13 16:48:26 +0000 UTCSo far I like it. I was aroused upon my first transformation and went straight to it pleasing everyone I came across. If you keep the path ways not too complicated and only few I think it will work. I have played similar styled games and found it annoying when your enjoyment depends too much on making the right choice. Each choice should take you on different path but not stop you in your tracks with no results for your efforts. I like a little challenge but to much just turns me off.
