I love the german YT-channel of @Aljosha (Muttardi), who is a studied doc, is ADHD as well, specialized doc in anaestesia, but has quit this job and now does videos about veganism, different woke topics, queerness, analyzes some reality TV, mostly queer like the charming ones and also was one of the fabs in "Queer eye Germany". He has a supercute editor (www.johannesboger.de) who does the editing and sometimes also shows up in videos where they test vegan products. The community loves him like Aljosha, so I am pretty sure You would love him!

My main skill in life is reading massive amounts of information really quickly and then condensing the main points down for someone else.
