Celestial Roles
The highest to lowest ranked roles of supernatural beings
- Roots: The Two Creator Paragons + The Third Lord (The Two Paragons Combined) - Basically, God #1 and God #2, though both are equal in power, and balance out the other.
- Deities - Mystics and old teachers who have been around since the start of creation to aid the Paragons.
- Paradigms - Deities who walk with lifeforms to guide them to higher planes for their own amusement. Rare, but are known to guide strong-willed people.
- Guardians - The first line of defense in the Land of Heaven.
- Ancestors - Once living beings whose energy has passed onto the other side. Able to communicate between the Celestial and Terrestrial realm. (How the main character begins the process of meeting the Guardians, and eventually the Paragons.)
Terrestrial Roles
The highest to lowest ranked roles of mortal lifeforms.
- Sapients - Elders of great wisdom and healing. Sapients are the highest order of mortal life form, since they can communicate with the Celestial Realm. Sort of like a pope. Holds more power than the government. Sapients carry a high amount of esteem.
- Exemplars - Beings accompanied by a Paradigm. Good or evil, they rank higher than the warrior classes as a blessed being.
- Old Masters - Retired folk. Now work as designers and artistic conjurors.
- Champions - The ruler of mortal classes. The King of Beasts. Rose to power on strength, intelligence and a superior sense of empathy and compassion. Is the go-to for government guidance. Is deeply trusted.
- Centurions - Defender of mortal classes. Soldier.
- Patriciates - Business magnates, creates jobs. Boss of the People.
- Wage Workers - Works for Patriciates.
- Cultivators - Farmers.
- Languids - Peasants.
- Fauna - The wild beasts.
Primitive Roles
The highest to lowest ranked roles of basic beasts
- The Kingcrest/Queencrest - A dominant who can hold their own in a battle of the same species and overcome with relative ease. Has a lot of offspring, male or female.
- Breeding Males/Females - Fertile members of a species. May also be the fighter role in a pack system.
- Caretakers - Usually older members of a species who help look after the young in a pack while parents are off hunting.
- Young - Undeveloped members of a species.
- Old and/or Sick - Members of a species who struggle to keep up with healthier parties.
