In Qarth; they really make you wonder what's inside of that vault. There were quite a few characters in this episode that weren't easy to get a read on. Some, you'll know their motivations soon enough. Others? It may be some time still. And Tyrion is wise to monitor that wildfire storage closely. But Tyrion is just wise in general. He's such a great and entertaining character. Definitely one of my favorites; as in, top 3 in the whole series.

If you remember from a previous episode where Tyrion offered Lord Baelish ownership of Harrenhal in return for his favor to go make a deal with Lady Stark. Baelish mentioned that Harrenhal was cursed. The curse is believed that any House that rules over Harrenhal will be brought to ruin, madness, and extinction due to the immense cruelty of its builder, Harren the Black, and its subsequent destruction by Aegon the Conqueror's dragon 130 yrs ago; plus by its massive size (its the largest castle in the seven kingdoms) making it an incredible economic drain on its occupants. Arya is at Harrenhal with Tywin, Gendry, and "A Man" who owes Arya 3 lives that must be given to the Red God. Then a mysterious death happens at Harrenhal. What do you think everyone else at Harrenhal, besides Arya and "A Man", will think? ...The Ghost of Harrenhal... The curse of Harrenhal is an old and very well known tale. Harrenhal is in shambles still from the battle 130 yrs ago with Aegon's dragon and has never been fully rebuilt. We met Harrenhal's previous owner, Janos Slynt. Janos Slynt was the Commander of the City Watch (Gold Cloaks) in King's Landing that betrayed Ned Stark in the throne room and whom Tyrion then stripped of his lands and title for betraying Ned, replaced him with Bron, and sent Janos to The Wall for his crime (also so that he wouldn't have the chance to betray Tyrion as well). Some truly great characters emerged as up and coming major players in this episode. Marjorie Tyrell, Brienne of Tarth, and "A Man", lol. We'll learn his name later...sort of ;p He is one of my favorite characters. We also get Qhorin Halfhand, the Night's Watch ranger taking Jon Snow to assassinate Mance Rayder. The Halfhand is a bit of legend within the Night's Watch. Yes, the 'demon baby' was a shadow assassin. She planned that assassin summoning well before they offered Renly the chance to surrender his claim and join his brother, Stanis. Her plan always was to kill him. That stare between Arya and Tywin, chills. Tywin is no fool. He trusts no one, even little girls. That look Arya gave; cold and unyielding. She's a fast thinker and fast learner, too. Give him one story that she messes up on only to hit with another lie but with way more detail. Wild fire is equivalent to a dragon's fire breath; that is what they were implying by saying it melts flesh into tallow (tallow is a fatty grease used in cooking and frying, rendered from animal fat). It is very volatile, highly flammable, and explosive. It must be treated with extreme care; kind of like TNT, White Phosphorus, and Napalm combined. Great guess that the sea washing over Winterfell in Bran's dream might be the men from the sea. You're picking up on the plot hints very well, V. Sam is the kind of man that loves going to museums and historical landmarks, lol. He loves the lore.

Arya was my favorite character. She had more inner strength as a young girl than most men.
