Know strategy, know your trade forwards and backwards, and be able to see 5 steps ahead (which comes with practice and experience). Oh and be a fictional character that is written well by good writers, lol, kidding not kidding. My friends and I would play some of the most complicated board games and table top games, spending nights and days arguing over conflicting rules. We called it "rules lawyer-ing" as we defended our position on vague rules. It gave us confidence in feeling that if we think we know enough about a topic then we could argue it. Ultimately, many times we would be sticking our own foot in our mouths by accidentally proving how we were in fact wrong, lol. But, its good practice for the thing Kim did in that scene. You can also read books like The Art of War to help with looking at a scenario and seeing the signs that can lead to victory or defeat. And then strategy games and tactical games to practice at looking ahead to plan out your attack or defense. Lastly, get a trade and be passionate about learning everything about it, including the pit falls, loop holes, and even the outside perspectives on it. Although, this can give you the knowledge on how to "take advantage of others or a situation", just use those powers for good, fighting for the vulnerable, and you'll be just like Kim, lol.
