2024-09-23 11:03:46 +0000 UTCSo the reason light wanted misa to kill light as soon as she go the book is because misa is already 100% cleared of suspicion, everyone thinks kira's power left her and moved to someone else, so she just didn't have any surveillance on her. that, and because she was going to be the first person with access to the notebook and (he assumed) she remembered his name, she wouldn't have to bring him the notebook and tell him the name just for the sake of him doing it himself
