This man is so pure and goodhearted, why do SO MANY PEOPLE want to see him fail wtffffff:( anyway I'm loving the atmosphere of the show thus far and so glad I could share this experience with you guys. It's kinda tough to comment on this show this early on, cause spoiling anything would be a crime against humanity; I just can't bring myself to do it. I'll say this though; Amanda's character is such a gem. I wonder how many takes it took the actress who plays her to say "and you'll blow the competition away" without breaking. And Miguel is the GOAT of the new generation of Karate Kids.

Karate was a big deal in the 70's and 80's. Idk about the Valley specifically, but there are a ton of 'B' movies between the 60's to 90's that are all about martial arts or some other plot but everyone also knows how to kick ass. Tons of TV shows, tons of blacksplotation films about gangs that also are black belts. Like they fall into those 'trash' movie categories that I tried to recommend you dabble in some time ago in the DMs, lol.
