2024-07-25 21:20:13 +0000 UTCIn the official Avatar comics that’s canon to the show, Urza begged Ozai not to kill Zuko because she proposed that she would poison his father without trace or pain and then Oazi would replace him. Oazi agrees and promises that no harm will come to both of their children but on the condition that she must leave the Fire Nation and never return. Nobody heard or saw her since.
