I realized something. Misa said she is very grateful that Kira killed her parents' murderer. So, she received the Death Note after Light and Kira's appearance on TV.

2024-06-26 18:29:06 +0000 UTCOmg... Vee, this episode is heartbreaking. I was outraged. Light said he couldn't be her boyfriend, but he could act like it, and she accepted anyway and thanked him! Her level of submission and adoration already reaches the level of extreme emotional dependence. Light is a psychopath. In this episode, he shows that he is thoroughly corrupted. He pretends to have empathy, affection, and good feelings as an instrument of manipulation. He is unable to have genuine empathy and affection for others. Misa is Light's dream prey. Their dynamic will be that of abuser and victim, in which the victim defends the aggressor because she is being manipulated and "out of love"! Light sees her as inferior, an object, an instrument to achieve his goals. What good can come out of this? Nothing.

2024-06-25 22:33:55 +0000 UTCWell, first, don't worry about Mikasa's lifespan. When Gelus gave his life to spare Mikasa, his lifespan was given to her. As in, a god of Death gave his remaining years, possibly centuries, to her. So her making the deal for the eyes probably didn't shorten her lifespan as short as you might think. As for the rest, Mikasa is...chaotic to say the least. The kind of person that if she is not explicitly told not to do something by her new daddy-dom Light, lol, she'll probably do it. And we are dealing with two mildly unstable and egotistic personalities that have now been given concrete proof that their opinions of everything now matter because they literally control who dies now. They will always know that they are going to get what they want from now on. They actually exist a step above terrorist, ...and that is demi-god; and they know it. So, yeah, lol, this is going to be a bumpy ride, lol.
