Haha. Yep its up there! Its definitely - at least - the equal of its predecessor.

Thats a good take on Mike. A character I don't find as great as some do, because of the poor choices he makes for the wrong reasons.

Yeah Michael Mando is great at subtly playing someone on the very edge of his tether. Seeing him try to keep himself look cool and unflustered, as he's terrified of the pill trick going wrong, is quality acting. They took their time with Nacho this series (he was going to be more of a villain in season 1 originally until they decided to step up with Chuck being an antagonist), but now its ramping up with his side of the story. And yes, Jimmy is slipping literally to get himself back in the black; and he sees its easier than ever with his law degree. The dawn of Saul Goodman isn't far off. Also much of him becoming Saul is to do with him alone, not Chuck. Whilst Chuck antagonised him and they have their issues together; Jimmy was already slipping from the first episode trying to scam Betsy and Craig - and the stuff with the billboard too, was all him scamming for gain. I find the Chuck scene where he is speaking to the doctor about his goals, and what he wants at the end of this, quite moving. He's missed so much by "slipping" into this hermit, too afraid to go outside and cut himself off from the world. Whatever we may think of him, I can't help but feel for him there, as he finally begins to realise, its all in his head.

"We already know that the swap isn't going to work!" *cue John Cena meme* "ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THAT?!?"

Wardrobe malfunction?! I say, young Miss VKunia, get a hold of yourself! Such scandalous behavior! That is entirely too much shoulder for a lady of Polska! Why I am beside myself with uncertainty at this event! ...lol So you mentioned Marvel. According to the last thing here on Patreon is Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness. You did skip a few TV shows but your viewing is your discretion. So you posted Loki season 1 then went back to movies. I'm just going to list the release order from Loki season 1 even though you saw the films through Doctor Strange 2. Loki season 1 (tv) (watched) Black Widow (film) (watched) What If...? season 1 (tv) Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (film) (watched) Eternals (film) (watched) Hawkeye (tv) Spider-Man: No Way Home (film) (watched) Moon Knight (tv) Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (film) (watched) Ms Marvel (tv) Thor: Love and Thunder (film) I Am Groot season 1 (tv short) She-Hulk: Attorney at Law (tv) Werewolf By Night (tv film) Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (film) The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (tv film) Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania (film) Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 (film) Secret Invasion (tv) I Am Groot season 2 (tv short) Loki season 2 (tv) The Marvels (film) What If...? season 2 (tv) Echo (tv) Upcoming next projects: Deadpool & Wolverine (July 26) Agatha All Along (Sept. 18) (tv, WandaVision spin-off) and then Captain America: Brave New World in 2025, so you got some time, lol. Many of the tv shows are just setting up new characters but it is completely unknown how when they will be tied in, but some are setting up context for the movies like Ms Marvel, Guardians Holiday Special, Secret Invasion, and Loki season 2. A little bit of both What If...? seasons too but its up to you. Also, Hawkeye and She-Hulk (possibly Echo too, I haven't watched it yet) have cameos connected to a rebooted tv show, of sorts, coming, in 2025, on disney+, of a marvel Netflix show we know you love ;) lol. And Moon Knight might be lumped into a bigger story line that includes some developments that also happen in Thor 4 but not confirmed at all. Werewolf by Night is just fun and spooky, lol. It came out around Halloween so watch the black & white version for an extra spooky feel if you watch it. Up to you, V :D

Ad (1): I'm pretty sure she's been told quite a few times now ;-) Ad (2): she thinks that because the swap is not going to succeed in killing Hector even though that's Nacho's plan. But because of Breaking Bad where Hector's still alive, that can't happen. I do think though that, having seen Breaking Bad, it should be fairly easy to predict where that storyline is going ^^' which is why it might be kind of weird that she's not thinking of that.

With Mike, it's important to remember that he's a very cynical person when it comes to morality in that he basically doesn't really believe in any hard lines stemming from his time as a cop. He basically laid out his philosophy in that one episode when he was talking to Pryce in the car: "I've seen good criminals and bad cops. Bad priests, honorable thieves, you can be on one side of the law or the other but if you make a deal with someone, you keep your word." And we hear that and we probably think that it's reasonable. Of course there are bad cops and bad priests, that's obviously not news. And with the line about honorable thieves we might think of your Robin Hood types or maybe even your Aladdin types, people who arguably do nothing wrong when they steal. But all in all, it's much too loose of a moral position. You still need to be able to draw the line somewhere. And the law, while definitely imperfect, often still exists for a reason. What Mike and Pryce were doing wasn't good just because they were being "honorable", they still bear responsibility for more harmful drugs being out in the world. I saw a Youtube video essay once that framed it like this: Mike thinks having a moral code is the same thing as morality. And I think that's pretty spot on because he does believe in the importance of a code, of "integritiy" and "honor" but he thinks he's exempt from immorality because of this. And that's also why he respects Gus even though Gus obviously does objectively bad things. Mike also likes to pretend he isn't responsible when he's (a) only "following orders" and (b) thinks that if he weren't the one doing it, someone else would be anyway (in which case he might even think that it's better that he's the one doing it because he will do the task with "honor"). Which is also another reason, I think, that he likes to give up that responsibility by working for another guy. So if he has to do anything bad for Gus now, it's Gus's fault now, not Mike's because obviously Gus would have another henchman doing his bidding, if Mike weren't there. But that's obviously nonsense too, Mike is still the one with the choice here as we see in this last scene.

HoneyBadger

Kevin from Mesa Verde is always a side sitter lol

Joe

Not to oversell what is to come in this series, but besides the creation of the universe and all of humanity, the next few seasons are just as impactful! lol

Doc Holliday

I really hope you react to the Squat Cobbler video in one of these videos. It's really funny to me that they made the whole video but did not even use it in the show XD

Tim McCabe

Hey Vicky! three things about this reation 1) did you notice the past two episodes the dealer that nacho has been dealing with is crazy 8? 2) what makes you certain that the swap is going to fail? 3) cute top

Dale Diaz

I agree with you on Chuck i hate him sometimes but i'm really happy for him trying to improve his condition and having an optimistic future but knowing he wouldn't want jimmy to be a part of it is sad. And yeah you have absolutely NO IDEA what's coming you are clueless.
