SO - we began watching the Austin Powers films, we watched the first one which I friggin LOVED soooooo here we are with the second!!
Both movies made me start tearing from laughing so hard and I love them so much. They are absolutely hilarious 😆 My face was hurting from laughing and smiling, i hope you guys enjoy these films as much as i do!!

Anytime a movie has just a full on ad in the middle of it, it just takes you out and kind of breaks the fourth wall in a way, like you're seeing behind the scenes to the dirtiness of the production. I feel like we've moved away from product placement that is quite so shameless which is definitely a good thing.

This movie suffered a lot by being rushed out to cash in on the success of the original. If Verne Troyer and Heather Graham weren’t so charismatic it wouldn’t have much to recommend it. My go to Mike Myers movie will always be So I Married an Ace Murderer. A true gem.

2024-03-24 21:09:14 +0000 UTCYeah between all the old pop culture references, Mini-Me and Fat Bastard, I think this movie actually aged worse than the first one. But as long as you're aware of its problems, you can still enjoy it. I would definitely hope that characters like these two wouldn't get created these days but what's done is done, you can't change an old movie, so as I said, be aware of the issues and then just enjoy it ;-) still a very good movie although it wasn't quite as strong as I remembered it.

Ofc having seen all the bond movies makes it even funnier because so much is a parody of the movies 🔥you laugh Vicky I laugh so this is going to be fantastic 🫶
