Attack on Titan | S4 Ep 24 (83) | Full Length Reaction
Added 2024-03-14 01:13:54 +0000 UTCThis episode was pretty sad to think about in depth and naturally.... intense. We're nearing the end and with each episode that passes the more sad I get to think that we're almost done. 😭 Thank you guys for being with me through this. ❤️

They wanted it to be a movie, but MAPPA just had to split it up and release it like they did.

2024-03-17 18:21:54 +0000 UTCPreeetty sure they had a warning back in episode 5 of the "Final" season too, before Eren went on his Marley rampage of indiscriminate carnage and massacre. Not sure what sets them off in these streaming websites. Suicides, decapitations, child murders, etc never did it. But Japan is weird too in their censorship, their broadcasters are anyway. They pretty much showed Ymir's very young/infant daughters eating, uhmm, cannibalizing her rotting corpse against their will, they showed Eren's head being blown off and flying into Zeke's hands which I was worried they wouldn't, then in the very next episodes they censor some of Grisha's massacre with well placed stalactites covering the mangled corpses.😂

2024-03-15 02:36:00 +0000 UTCPretty sure it was in declaration of war or around that time as well. Kinda dumb considering there's way more brutal scenes

2024-03-15 02:20:43 +0000 UTCJust echoing everyone else. The final season specials are the end of the show. 4x28 isn't the end. They made the ending an hour special and an hour and a half special

2024-03-15 02:19:51 +0000 UTCThe last two specials are part of the main story!!! They just made them into movie-length but they are the final episodes mashed together. Don’t skip them or you won’t know how the show ends!!!

2024-03-14 22:12:54 +0000 UTCThe "special episodes" are the series ending, don't think of them as side stories or something like that. Instead of another season, they decided to do 2 long episodes to end the show. I'm so hyped!

2024-03-14 14:24:48 +0000 UTCAmazing reaction as per usual, gosh this show is the bestttt. Seeing your fear for Jean, would you say he's your favourite character (bar Erwin of course)? Jean is so great

2024-03-14 13:41:32 +0000 UTCInformation available for public disclosure: Ragako Village A village that was deserted after being overrun by Titans. Upon their arrival, the Scouts discovered a single Titan with extremely small limbs which made it unable to move. Later, when Titans were being eradicated from the island, former Ragako resident Conny Springer requested for the village to become a "Titan Observation Zone" and be left as-is.

2024-03-14 08:04:44 +0000 UTCThis episode makes me think that we are reaching the preparation point for the show's last act. Also, makes me remember Erwin. Yes, Vee, I am still thinking about Erwin, our hero. ❤️🔥 Connie gives up on sacrificing Falco to save Armin, even if it means not bringing his mother back. I see this as an act of redemption for Connie. Seeing Connie, Falco, Gabi, and Armin walking side by side soon after was touching. In my view, the show is now bringing together people on the path to redemption after committing atrocities (everyone there did it except Falco). Differences are falling apart. Whether they are from Marley, Eldians, children, or soldiers, it doesn't matter. What unites them is the value of defending life, showing that human beings are, above all, good. It is the meeting of reason and heart. It is the legacy of Erwin. On the other hand, are those convinced that they are pure reason and have arguments, facts, and justifications to do "justice." This is the sin of the arrogant, prepotent, and selfish. Those who want to subdue and cannot empathize with those who are different. They only understand those who think the same. Ironically, they are those lacking reason and are dominated by the most primitive and perverse emotions. They stole the motto "give your hearts" - Shinzō O Sasageyo (心臓を捧げよ) and gave it another meaning. Erwin always shouted Shinzō O Sasageyo, asking those he led to offer freely to protect lives. Erwin never has the will to impose or oblige others. Even though he doubted what really was true about the history of humanity, he always had in mind the responsibility of defending humankind and life. He would never be a Jeagerist because he always sought the truth; he never thought of being the bearer of the truth. If he had the opportunity to discover the truth, he would burst into tears knowing he raised his sword against humanity. Erwin would become a pacifist in this "new world," and his strategy would be to defend Paradis without resorting to attack. He would only fight if they were attacked and forced to protect lives. And, if things still ended like now, he would join the others to stop Eren. His purpose would continue to be to defend lives. All lives. AOT probably won't bring what I'm thinking and reflecting. But, to me, we are now seeing the beginning of Erwin Smith's legacy reborn in the hearts of those he once led. ❤️🔥

2024-03-14 07:50:13 +0000 UTCThe “Final Chapter” specials are part of the main story. They act like two extra long episodes that compete the story, otherwise the story wouldn’t end. Season 4 Part 3 I think it’s referred to. Not supplemental like OVAs

2024-03-14 05:39:32 +0000 UTCThe specials are the ending to the main story. You really have like 10ish total left

2024-03-14 05:13:35 +0000 UTCI am a sucker for the band getting back together trope. 104th for life.

2024-03-14 04:21:08 +0000 UTCThat moment that Connie turns to Armin and says "I wanna be a soldier my mom could take pride in. So lets go save people in trouble" is such a beautiful and powerful moment. I think it helped Armin too, to stop worrying about following Erwin's footsteps and focus on doing what he knows is right.

2024-03-14 04:10:37 +0000 UTCYeah, there's 2 camps since mid-season 4, the one that side with Eren, (Erwin) and Floch, and the one that stand with Armin, Mikasa and the rest of the main cast :') But there is more than 1h30 left, the last 2 episodes are movie-length and are part of the story ! They are just special in that they are not split into weekly episodes but chapters in a single long episode :)

2024-03-14 03:12:23 +0000 UTCThe final chapter specials, if it hasn’t been said already, are absolutely part of the story and main plot, and are not just extra content. Consider the end of the series everything through the end of special 2. I’m sure this has likely be covered but dropping it here just in case
Kevin Clark
2024-03-14 02:29:01 +0000 UTCFirst, I've never seen that warning before as well. It's freaking odd and dumb. Why did Jean not take Floch's offer to "retire" and live the life he wanted to live? Hint: You find out why in the next episode and it's related to the first time he saw Mikasa in season 1.

2024-03-14 02:11:48 +0000 UTCI like seeing the two sides starting to team up with each other. And despite how goofy it looks, I think the Cart Titan is starting to grow on you. It helps that Pieck is pretty likable. And now Hanji's got a new titan to obsess about.

2024-03-14 01:59:33 +0000 UTCThe specials after do the story justice and are arguably my favorite episodes of the entire series. They piece everything together beautifully.

2024-03-14 01:52:11 +0000 UTCYes:) I just mean the main story!! I've still gotten so attached to it 😭

2024-03-14 01:42:49 +0000 UTCThere's additional episodes you'll have to watch at the end. It's more than just the 5 you're referencing
