2024-03-15 06:43:03 +0000 UTCYeah, this was definitely one of the best Bond movies. Right after that Spectre is quiet the opposite. I only watched it til the end in cinema. After that (cause I didn't remember most of it) I tried to rewatch it, but never got to watch it to the end, just because it was soooo boring. I tried it at least 3 times over the last maybe 4 years and I just hated it... on that note I am a Bond Fan, but I sure hope to get something more fresh with the next Bond.

2024-03-14 19:56:13 +0000 UTCRocking the "Bond Girl" look... My top two Bonds are Daniel Craig and Sean Connery. Craig strikes me in particular as "Bond" and "Skyfall" and "Casino Royale" were my favorites of the Craig movies. The reaction was a pleasure to watch.

2024-03-14 04:08:56 +0000 UTCVee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for being you! I thought Skyfall wouldn't be as cool without you having seen some of the old James Bond movies. I was SO wrong! And I'm so happy to be wrong!! π You made comments and got to experience a perspective that I never got to experience! It was gratifying to see your reaction and thoughts! Thank you so much for this! π₯°π₯°π₯° I'm sorry for my excitement; I can't hold it in! I was very thrilled with your reaction! π₯³π₯³π₯³ Now that you watched Skyfall, I need to tell you some information: "That" car is not a spy car. It is THE spy car: Aston Martin 1963 DB5 π It is practically a character (first appearance: Goldfinger from 1964, considered by many to be the best 007 film). You saw it on Casino Royale, and you'll see it again. π Fun Facts: The original Q actor, Desmond Wilkinson Llewelyn, was in 17 James Bond films! (from 1963 to 1999); and the technology branch of real-life MI6 is informally called Q branch after the name given in the movies. Q's classic quote: "Grow up 007!" About our beloved Miss Money Penny character π Did you think James Bond and Money Penny hooked up? Never! π In fact, that scene was a delivery for the fans. When you see the dynamic between the two, with her playing with his attempted flirting and returning it in kind, the fan recognizes immediately: she is Money Penny! Your "charm" doesn't work on her, James! πππ She is immune to 007's charm! In fact, Miss Money Penny and James are friends who flirt and have fun with this playful relationship. She loves to know about the details of James's "adventures." On the Octopussy (1983), James is surprised to be recognized by the new Money Penny assistant and says: James: "Do you know me?!" The assistant: "Miss Money Penny described you." Money Penny (with a naughty smile π): "In nauseating detail." She is so important and beloved (mainly due to the performance of Lois Maxwell πππ, who played her for more than 20 years, from 1962 to 1985). Because of this, it is only at the end of Skyfall that she reveals her name. The director, Sam Mendes, is a super fan of James Bond. He was the perfect choice to direct Skyfall (a film that was a wonderful celebration of 007's 50 years on the big screen). He is also the director of SPECTRE (2015). There are many more cool details to tell you, but the main thing is: THE GANG IS BACK! πππ About the villain and Javier Bardem's performance, I have no comments. You said everything! ππππ Vee, Thank You Very Much for watching Skyfall. I loved, LOVED your reaction! π₯°π₯°π₯° Sorry again for my excitement! It's your fault. ππ

2024-03-14 04:05:29 +0000 UTCDid you know that this is the first time Bond ever cries on screen, he didnβt cry in βOn Her Majestyβs Secret Serviceβ during the infamous ending even though during on take he did and was told βJames Bond doesnβt cryβ
