It's May the Fourth be with you, 2024 now. Do another one of these please!

The Sting

I'd love to see you keep going with Better Call Saul. Honestly, it gets better and better as it goes. But if you're looking for a single movie only, I'd vote for The Sting, a con movie, perhaps the best con movie ever . . . and then you may want to pursue a whole slew of great con movies :)

"Hot Fuzz" (British cop movie, he gets transfered as a penalty from London to a sleepy country village). One of the funniest movies ever made! Together with "Shaun of the Dead" (zombie comedy) and "The Worlds End" it is part of Simon Pegg and Nick Frosts Cornetto-Triology. All great movies, but i like Hot Fuzz the best. Every one of the movies stands alone, no need to watch em all. But if you like one of them, you will enjoy the others as well.

CONAN: THE BARBARIAN! lol it makes the most sense to me. its not getting enough love in the poles, only a handful still beg for it (or maybe just me, lol) and its eventually going to get taken out of rotation all together. Like if not this one then films in a similar pile, like rejected or discarded or not enough votes but you still want to see it kind of pile, lol, if that exists. OR you could do that experiment on a really bad cheezy movie to have nonsense fun with. Real trash movies, lol.

Raptor

I highly recommend that you do a reaction for The Imitation Game, which is about Alan Touring and breaking the Enigma code machine used by Germans during World War II. You have talked a lot about enjoying historical war content, and this is a very interesting movie that will give you a lot of interesting moments for you to react to and share your views and thoughts on.

For the movies already recommended, I would like to throw my support to: We Were Soldiers The Hunt for Red October Troy Army of Darkness (Finish the evil dead Trilogy) Arrival The Royal Tenebaums or The life Aquatic (both wes Anderson) Gross Point Blank 2001 & its Sequal 2010 Mad Max Fury Road Robocop (1987) And I would like to add 2 of my favorites from the 1990's. "The Game" from David fincher starring Michael douglas. Its amazing. And "Dark City." A truely underated scifi gem.

Here's an old, classic Western which isn't a pure cowboy/gun-slinger movie and one of my favorite all-time movies and, of course, absolute favorite Westerns. The Big Country (cast: Gregory Peck (need I say more), Charlton Heston, and many more top names) It's about an East Coast "Dude" (G. Peck) coming to Texas to marry his fiance' who's father is a cattle baron. He gets caught up in the conflict between his own honor and the local definition of what it is to be a man. Great quotes, great scenes, great music, just super well done technically, script-wise, and exceptionally acting by some of the all-time greats!!!

St. Elmo’s Fire - A 1985 American coming of age film. A group of recent college graduates embark on a series of misadventures in the real world. There's Kirby (Emilio Estevez), a waiter who wants to be a lawyer; Kevin (Andrew McCarthy), a moody writer who yearns for the wild Jules (Demi Moore) ; Alec (Judd Nelson), whose political aspirations alienate his girlfriend, Leslie (Ally Sheedy) ; and Wendy (Mare Winningham), a quiet girl in love with Billy (Rob Lowe), who juggles roles as husband, dad and drunk. Together they grapple with adulthood.

If you want a wonderful feel good movie ,I recommend Porco Rosso, my favorite ghibli movie 😁

I would really like to see you dive into the "Rocky" movies, you may think it's just a sports/boxing movie, but it's so much more. Also I recall on a stream not long ago you never watched "Willy Wonka", so that should be a must watch as well. If you want comedy, "The Mask" would be very good as well.

"The 33"  is a 2015 biographical disaster-survival drama film. The film is based on the real events of the 2010 Copiapó mining disaster, in which a group of thirty-three miners were trapped inside the San José Mine in Chile for 69 days.  It's a really emotional movie, totally recommended.
