Breaking Bad (Season 4 Ep 8) | Full Length Reaction!

Ive never seen anybody judge somebody's wardrobe as hard as you do. Catching up on BB and I forget about that sometimes. Literally a shirt or some shoes you dont agree with makes you go off on a five min tangent sometimes. xD

I like the Don Eladio actor because when speaks Spanish, I can actually follow what he's saying. Takes his time and hits each word nice and clean. Usually native speakers are too fast for me to follow word for word. Se un pequito de Espanol.

Ahahaha I was wondering when the Saul prayer candle would make an appearance 😅

Chris

Have on a bedazzled shirt for the next episode :)

Two episodes, let’s gooo!

She’s not just going to love Better Call Saul, she’s going to need it. 😀 But seriously, just based on her reaction to Saul when he shows up, I’d say there’s a decent chance she likes that show even more. Every reactor I’ve seen be over the moon at Saul’s mere presence seems to feel just slightly more at home with his show. For me BB and BCS have always been comparable quality, with minor differences leading me to prefer the latter.

After BB I’ll be gone

That makes a lot of sense, Gus was part of the military in Pinochet's dictatorship. That's why he is so cold and ruthless.🤯

Haven’t watched it yet, but this is why I subscribed to your Patreon! So looking forward to your Breaking Bad videos! And hopefully Better Call Saul!

This isn't a spoiler but you missed a slight implication vee. Keep in mind, two super-sniffers with police connections (mike and hank) couldn't find any information about Gus from when he was in Chile before 89. Pinochet was a military general who staged a coup, overtook the government and established a military dictatorship. Keep in mind the Mexican cartel seem to be the only people that know who Gus was during this military dictatorship, and he was someone with enough status to make the cartel hesitant to kill him - not likely out of respect if you catch my meaning. Thinking about the type of person Gus is: - Methodical - Super intelligent - Stoic - Cold-blooded (can box cut a guy without showing any emotion) - Highly strategic - Has a deep understanding of how to use surveillance - Regiments his business in a heirarchy - Also weirdly jacked for someone his age When I saw this episode I was like OHHHH FUCK gus was some cold blooded officer in the chilean military dictatorship, and probably had high enough status to get set up in mexico with a fake identity to protect himself as the dictatorship was dissolved (pinochet's rule ended in 1990, which is the oldest records of gus fring that hank or mike could find) None of that is a spoiler btw, just stuff we've seen up to this point and some history research i did after watching this for the first time

Gus and Hector despise one another. Hector refuses to look at Gus as a sign of disrespect; having been reduced to a shell of a man with no control--while Gus has only grown in power--Hector cannot express his hatred in any other way. He can't even keep Gus away. And so Gus is awaiting 'the day' when Hector finally looks at him. Their relationship is super complex and always so captivating!
