Like people left the theater and/or vomited in the theater, frequently, during screenings. Its fine for a horror movie. My brother is a special effects artist and I've been watching messed up horror movies since I was 5 so I'm very desensitized but I remember your reaction to Evil Dead. This is 100x times more gore.
