🔮✨HalloVEEn Poll #2✨🔮

Hi friends!!✨👻

Here is poll #2 of HalloVeen!!✨🎃

I've read all your suggestions, filtered out the films I have already seen on my own and BECAUSE there were so many great suggestions that got me HYPE for this upcoming month, I'll be breaking this down into *two* separate polls! We'll be alternating as we usually do so we get the best of both worlds.😊

This poll (Poll #2) will consist of more new/modern horror films. :)

October is my absolutely favorite month of the year, as well as horror being my favorite genre - so this is gonna be a huge month! I'm really happy to jump into the spirit already🥰🥰

I put a lot of thought into the films and your suggestions and since horror is my favorite genre, I've already seen a bunch! Nightmare on Elm Street, and other some classics are films I've grown up with but I wouldn't mind rewatching some classics I've seen sooooooo if that's something you'd be interested in me doing, please let me know. :) (I love the nightmare on elm streets hehe)

I hope Midsommar will be watched

So many great horror films on this list, sadly getting passed over for a movie length sitcom episode. What we do in the Shadows isn't even that funny, I only lol'd once in the film and smiled a couple of times. Not a fan of Taika Waititi's Thor movies so I shouldn't have been surprised I didn't like this one either.

Richard Maurer

Highly recommend it. It's "Joker" for girls lol

*slaps roof of box office* THIS BAD BOY CAN FIT SO MANY GROUNDHOG DAY SITUATIONS IN IT

Chris

I wanna watch it SO BADDDDDD

VKunia

Yes Pearl is a prequel

mikethemotormouth

It is mindnumblingly stupid. It ruins all the good will the two previous movies had. Killed the franchise completely. There’s a nazi zombie movie called Overlord that started as a cloverfield movie but paradox was so bad they removed overlord from the franchise and made it it’s own thing. Now THAT is a good scary movie.

djKENTO

I do... I know too much of it 😟😟 scares me so much

VKunia

I had NO idea it was this popular!! Omg I'm stoked :)

VKunia

That sounds hilarious, maybe ill watch it for a movie I want to completely tear apart 😆

VKunia

I've seen the Menu unfortunately!! and X, I have not.... is that before Pearl? 😳😳

VKunia

LMAO SO MANY GROUNDHOG DAY SITUATIONS

VKunia

I love that name already

VKunia

OMG PEARL. "I'm a starrrrrr!"

KikiCraze

Soon as I saw the list I already knew what they do in the shadows is going to win so no need to vote on this one I shall sit back put my feet up and eat biscuits instead 😋🍪

Ian

Oh cool, Happy Death Day! That's a fun one especially with the sequel, Happy Death Day 2 U. I never understood all the shade The Nun gets. Its a perfectly good spooky movie. I guess its because most people don't know demon/haunting/religious lore

Raptor

what we do in the shadows is in my top 5 of all time. its mostly improv and the way they riff without breaking character is insane haha very excited for you to see it ;3

chromosome.cowboy

Midsommar, Nope and What We Do In the Shadows all amazing hope we get reactions to them all

Matt

It really was a big let down considering how great the first two Cloverfield films were. Yet another case of third sequels bringing things down.

Inhuman Paradox

Plz watch let the right one in! Beautiful film as well as horror gem . They even made a show

AC5555

Cloverfield paradox is wack as fuck. Shit doesn’t make sense. I hate it. Couldn’t pay me to watch it again.

djKENTO

so, it likely won't win a poll simply because I don't think enough people know about it, but "Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon" is a fantastic movie for spooky season and an absolute GEM. it's from 2006, and is SUPER unique, it's like a comedy/slasher/suspense/mockumentary. Based in a world where mass murderers like Michael Myers, and Freddy and Jason were real people. PLEASE if you haven't seen it, take the time sometime this October and check it out!!!! You'll love it, and you might just turn a bunch of people on to a good movie they've never heard about. I don't want to tell you more about it to get you interested because I don't want to spoil the plot, I've already said too much with the teaser of the slasher villains being real. ;)

Jonah Bertorelli

can't go wrong with the witch hehe

Avery

Was hoping to see The Menu(2022) And since Pearl is on the poll, you've already seen X(2022)?

Chris

I always vote for A24 👍

Chris Shine
