What to expect for the month of 🍂September🍂

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having an absolutely wonderful day as well as end of August!

Figured it'd be nice to share what to expect for the next month! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

FIRST THINGS FIRST:

SURPRISE!!
- I'LL - BE BEGINNING TO WATCH AHSOKA!!! You know I've followed Star Wars throughout the films and have been hype about many of the shows; including Ahsoka 😊(you all knew I was pretty stoked about that!) so I will be doing it the same way we did with The Mandalorian and other Star Wars shows, I will be watching each episode as they release (once we are fully caught up)!
- Finishing Season 3 of Breaking Bad, I will be taking a bit of a break from Breaking Bad in order to catch up with Ahsoka so the schedule isn't thrown off. But please don't worry!!! I will be continuing it.😊
- Finishing Season 1 of Attack on Titan and continuing onto season 2!

As for films; as usual I take all recommendations and suggestions everyone gives me and will be alternating the favorites through Poll 1 and 2, as well as continuing with the comedy/lighthearted polls. I've really been digging the comedies and what you guys have been recommending so moving forward we'll be focusing on those as well.😊

September drops happening very soon:
- John Wick 4
- Kill Bill 2
- Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust

And AS USUAL 🥰poll winners from poll 1, 2 and comedy. NOT TO MENTION~ you know I ✨love✨ to surprise you guys with films that you guys favor and really want to see that don't always get the opportunity to win polls 😔 so I'll be continuing to do those surprise drops regularly as well!

In between I'll be continuing film series' we've already begun as well. (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)

ANNNND since Spooky Szn is coming up (my favorite season of course hehe) be sure to drop some Halloween themed/Horror movie recommendations that youd want me to see so we can prep and have a great spook-tober together!! 🎃🔮👻

Lastly~ but definitely not least :)
I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for all of your support everyone, Because of each and every one of you I'm able to continue doing what I love and pursue my passions. You guys really made this a reality for me and because of your constant encouragement, support and kindness I feel I'm able to do new things, expand my content, comfort zone and horizons. And I'm so happy to continue sharing this journey with you 💖Your support whether it big or small make such a significant difference for me and I cannot begin to express how thankful and appreciative I am. Thank you for helping make my dreams a reality. 💖🥰

Thank you again, and here's to a wonderful month ahead! I hope to see you all there. 💖🍂✨🌅

I've seen a view people give this view and completely disagree. I've never seen the Star Wars cartoons and don't feel the absence while watching (and enjoying) Ahsoka. I believe there are catchup videos available too that many people say are a good way to get briefed on the backstory. Watching both those series in full is way more time than I have a hope of finding. Plus from the snippets here and there I've seen I don't think I'd find them at all enjoyable. It seems like you need to be either a HARD-core Star Wars fan, or someone who just loves animation, to get into them (that's why so many people haven't seen them). I'm sure kids would like them too.

Horror Movie Recommendations: The Shining, Psycho, episodes of the Twulight Zone, The Cell, Vertigo, Dial M for Murder, They Live, The Butterfly Effect

Kyle Cope

quick question on where the mcu movies/show reactions went. idk if i missed an update on that as ive been waiting on the hawkeye tv series. Dont get me wrong i enjoy all the other content which is why i stayed but just curious

Alex Gil

Very aware of my amount of comments recently but if you liked Ocean's then you should consider the UK show Hustle - very much in the same vein, and really fun.

Sir Jimmothy

Why has everyone forgotten the Bourne movies? The first three at least.

phillip giroux

She won't be able to after the season finale 😅

Torm

Would love to see you tackle the rest of the Ocean's movies! (Not Ocean's 8, that was just not good)

Sir Jimmothy

Taking a break from Breaking Bad? Noooooooooooooo

David Cansler

I'm glad V's spreading The M:I films out. Everyone is doing them right now. No need to do one right after the other.

Richard Maurer

I could go either way on The Frighteners, but most horror comedies aren't really funny and are certainly not horror. And since most reactors only do horror in October I really hate to see anything except real horror films in the Halloween polls.

Richard Maurer

Great. Looking forward to it.

WastedPo

I just gotta add Toy Story here.. I have been prompted with too many Toy Story videos on YouTube and I am dying to know if you would watch it or had watched it xD

FatLittleButterfly

Movie suggestions: The Thing, Dredd, Wreck it Ralph, Evil Dead:Rise.

Mastervodo

oh, good call! I didn't know about the 2007 one, I meant the 2005 spellunking one!

Chester Beals

Yes I am! :)

VKunia

I dunno. It doesn't have to be all-out scary to be Halloween-appropriate :) (And anyway, THE FRIGHTENERS is still very much a horror/comedy.)

Bryan Tuck

Love your work V, always happy to help. Give us a hint, just a small hint, what's a surprise movie/tv show you got in the works?

Lee Aguera

Second The Thing.

Richard Maurer

second WiR.

Richard Maurer

Just say no to non-horror movies in October - sorry.

Richard Maurer

Were you ever going to continue with the Mission Impossible series?

WastedPo

I've been hoping for the punisher

Matty H

Wet Hot American Summer.

Joe Blankenship

For October, I suggest "The Thing" (1982, not the 2011 prequel) and "10 Cloverfield Lane" (2016)

Lester Yung

I'll second The Descent(2005) but not Descent(2007)

mikethemotormouth

For shows to watch I’d like to see reactions to The Pacific, Reacher, The Punisher For scary movies for Halloween Deep Blue Sea I.T Chapter 1 & 2 (two movies so it could work if you wanted to collaborate with someone else) Spilt (Good not too scary movie but you would need to watch Unbreakable first) Evil Dead 2

John Cohen

Inside out! Wreck it Ralph!

FatLittleButterfly

Why are you watching Ahsoka? You didn't even watched or reacted to Rebels.

Joe Angeles

You have to continue with the marvel movies. I'm still waiting your reactions to thor 4, wakanda forever, Antman 4, and guardians 3. Maybe like one a month, that'll be great!

MCL-1984

all of the Spooktober suggestions already made, and I would add Cabin in the Woods, Nope, Descent, and maybe Pandorum (scifi horror).

Chester Beals

I think Vee should 100% watch Stranger Things at some point 🙌

LightsCameraJake

Have you seen WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS? movie and or series would be good for October

Matt

I have no recommendations but want to say I love that you always have such a positive and fun vibe! So glad I joined your Patreon. 😊

Kel

RUBY SPARKS 2012 LA LA LAND 2016 PAST LIVES 2023

Matt

He's not wrong...

MertzRocks

I second this. It is not forgiving to those who didn't watch clone wars or rebels. It expects the viewer to be familiar with the characters. They're essential viewing before starting Ahsoka.

William. C

THE FRIGHTENERS (1996) might be a fun one for spooky season. It's more comedy than horror, but it definitely has some "funhouse scary" moments throughout. Ditto for DEATH BECOMES HER (1992).

Bryan Tuck

Oh gosh, taking a break after the season 3 of breaking bad conclusion is gonna be SO SO HARD. Take notes so you dont forget anything Vee. We all know you can have fish memory sometimes and dont want you missing out on some context of things to come. Taking a break after season 3 is like quitting meth cold turkey xD

LightsCameraJake

BLOODLUST!! was worried you were only gonna watch the OG, but Bloodlust is so good 🙏

Albiezushi

For Spooky Season I am required by law and tradition to request any of: Annihilation (2018) - currently streaming on Netflix Dog Soldiers (2003) - currently streaming on Hulu Ginger Snaps (2000) - currently streaming on Peacock

Erik Stevenson

For spooky season: Evil Dead II(1987) Candyman(1992) Hellraiser(1987) Final Destination 2(2003) Cube(1997)

mikethemotormouth

How about Ju-On: The Grudge, Train To Busan, REC, The Witch, and Drag Me To Hell?

Richard Maurer

For spooky-tober, maybe you could continue with the Final Destination saga or at least the second film.

ElDoritos97

Have you seen Clone Wars and Rebels? They are ESSENTIAL for Ahsoka. As in half the characters in Ahsoka are the characters from Rebels. It's basically Rebels Season 5.

Connor Ellis

Can't wait for spooktober!!! Are you totally gonna keep tradition and give us Evil Dead 2? It's the most splat-tastic of all the evil deads!!! You're gonna enjoy it as much as the others!! Yay!!
