I have to admit that as far as my memory goes, it's the only episode in its kind where they don't interact with anyone else? I think? Nonetheless it's still pretty goofy and it totally made me think of Alien too. I don't want it to end either but still looking forward for the next episodes, you'll definitely get more story for them before it's all over!

It’s also a testament that so many different subgenres are in this show. Overall it’s noir, but its also SciFi, also a bit western, and now a soft horror. Cowboy Bebop really has it all.
