In the past, I never looked forward to my birthday, due to my frankly awful superstition that something bad always happens on it, but this year, it feels different… and it’s because of you all, my lovely audience.
I’ve been pretty open about my struggles with my mental and physical health in the past, the former being the bigger struggle of the two, and suffice to say, it’s because of you all that I’m able to take the steps to properly commit to my healing journey. This might seem like an exaggeration for anyone who hasn’t kept up with that, but when I say that you all have truly been the light at the end of a darkened tunnel, I mean that. I get to do what I love everyday and continue to grow and develop my craft because of you all. I get to support myself, my family, and my friends because of you all. I get to invest in passion projects and take charge of my future because of you all.
And for that, I thank you. You all have truly changed the course of my journey, and I hope to continue it with you all in stride.
