I'm raising the tiers price for new Patrons

I have not yet raised the tiers price, but now it will happen. All who have their current tiers will have same price unless you unsubscribe. But all who are subscribing de novo or returning will have higher tier price. 1 and 2 tiers will be raised by 2 Euros
