In this version a gym is added and muscle decrease in time logic. What ir means. To stay as you are in the beginning, you will have from time time go to the gym, to gain muscles, you will have to train more and to lose muscle mass you will require do nothing of sports. But there are consequences. If a character lose muscle mass, she will look skinnier, but she will gain weight faster, as her metabolic rate will be lower. If she will gain more muscles, she will gain muscularly look and will increase her metabolic rate, so it would be harder to gain weight. It is all logical to me. Please try it on)
