Also some new unique dialog for each of the girls based on how stuffed they are so each girl should have different lines when stuffed based on personality. Also This dialog could change based on their attitude towards the player which is determined by their thoughts on them. So just meeting them will have different dialog vs them being very affectionate towards the MC vs them only being there for the money for research

Dating could also be a thing as well as multiple dialog lines for each character that determines the route you go with them. Maybe in one it's strictly a work relationship but for others it could be more personal with the correct dialog choices. Getting to know the girls better could be a part. Of course I'd keep the number low to about 3 girls so you could continuously add new girls in later updates
